Parkdale Seek and Peek Promotion
By submitting an entry into the Parkdale Seek and Peek Promotion (Promotion), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is conducted by Level Crossing Removal Project, a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, ABN 69 981 208 782 of Level 9, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3004,
www.levelcrossings.vic.gov.au, 1800 105 105 (LXRP).
There is no entry fee for the Promotion.
Subject to clause 4, to be eligible to enter the Promotion, a person must:
be a current resident of Victoria; and
be aged at least 18 years old at the commencement of the Promotion Period.
Employees, contractors and suppliers of LXRP are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion will run from 12:00am Wednesday 23 July 2024 until 11:59pm Friday 9 August 2024 (Promotion Period).
There will be five (5) separate rounds during the Promotion Period, each round will start on the following dates:
Wednesday 24 July
Friday 26 July
Monday 29 July
Friday 2 August
Monday 5 August
For each round, LXRP will announce on the day of the round on Parkdale Village 3195 on Facebook and/or @parkdalevillage3195 on Instagram:
the website link to enter the virtual station
the relevant clue to find the hidden treasure within the virtual station
To validly enter the Promotion online, a person must, during the Promotion Period, a person must complete the online Entry Form by clicking on the hidden treasure
Entries are limited to one entry per person per round.
Validity of entries and selection of entries is at the sole discretion of LXRP.
LXRP reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at its sole discretion.
LXRP will select 02 winners at random each round from valid entries on 24 hours after each clue is released.
Each winner will be notified via their nominated contact details provided on the online Entry Form and may be announced on Facebook or Instagram. If a winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts are made, a replacement winner will be drawn at random.
Each winner will receive one of 14 Parkdale Village gift cards valued at AUD$100 (Prize).
The total Prize pool value is AUD$1,400.
Prizes must be collected from the LXRP Parkdale office, located at 152 Como Parade West, within business hours (Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm), or as otherwise agreed between the winner and LXRP.
Vouchers included in a Prize must be redeemed within the validity period and subject to any conditions specified.
The Prize is non-transferable. Neither the Prize, nor any unused part of the Prize, can be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward.
To the extent permitted by law, LXRP makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Prize.
LXRP is not liable for any Prize being lost, damaged, unavailable, uncollected or undelivered
Personal information is collected to enable the administration and promotion of the Promotion, including the announcement of the winners’ names on social media or other promotional materials. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Level Crossing Removal Project’s Privacy Policy.
LXRP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize or the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
