Terms and Conditions:

    Eligibility:

        The promotion is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

        Employees of Commune Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    Promotion Period:

        The promotion begins on 25 July 2024 and ends on 31 August 2024.

        Entries received outside of the promotion period will not be considered.

    How to Enter:

       To enter, participants must visit any Commune Group restaurant website (firebird.com.au, moonhouse.com.au, studioamaro.au, newquarter.com.au, hanoihannah.com.au)  and complete the official entry form.

        Participants must provide their full name and valid email address.

        By entering, participants agree to subscribe to Commune Group’s newsletter.

        Only one entry per person is permitted.

    Winner Selection:

        The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received after the promotion period.

        The drawing will be conducted within 1 day after the promotion ends.

        The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    Winner Notification:

        The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing.

        The winner must respond to the notification within 5 days to claim the prize.

        If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner may be selected.

    Prize:

        The prize consists of one (1) $200 voucher redeemable at any participating Commune Group restaurant.

        The voucher cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

    General Conditions:

        Commune Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these terms and conditions.

        By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and decisions of Commune Group, which are final and binding.

        Commune Group reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if it is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or fraud.

    Privacy:

        Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.

        By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Commune Group. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time.

    Limitation of Liability:

        Commune Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

    Governing Law:

        This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
