TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rockcote and Resene ‘Win a Weber Q’ Prize Draw Promotion
Promotion Period:
The Rockcote and Resene ‘Win a Weber Q’ prize draw (“Promotion”) commences on 1st August 2024 and closes at midday on 29th August 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to individuals who made a purchase directly from the Rockcote Trade Hub Niddrie during the Promotion Period, excluding employees of Rockcote, Resene, or their affiliates, and their immediate families.
Entry Requirements:
To enter the Promotion, participants must purchase any product from the Rockcote Trade Hub Niddrie either in-store, via email, or over the phone during the Promotion Period.
Participants must provide their details via a QR code provided in-store or by giving their full name, email address, company name (if applicable), and phone number to a Rockcote or Resene representative.
There is no limit to the number of entries per customer. Each transaction counts as a separate entry.
If entering via the QR code, only one email address can be used per participant.
Prize:
The prize is one (1) Weber Q BBQ valued at $499 (AUD).
The prize draw will take place at the Official Opening of Rockcote Trade Hub Niddrie on Friday, 30th August 2024, at 1 pm.
If the winner is present at the draw, they will also receive a $500 (AUD) voucher to help host a BBQ for their work colleagues.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by Rockcote and Resene on 30th August 2024 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Notification of Winner:
The winner will be notified in person, or by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s name will also be published on the Rockcote and Resene websites and social media platforms.
Claiming the Prize:
The winner must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed or the winner cannot be contacted within this period, a redraw will occur at the discretion of Rockcote and Resene employees.
General Conditions:
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to the use of their personal information by Rockcote and Resene for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
Rockcote and Resene reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability:
Rockcote Pty Ltd and Resene Paints (Australia) Limited and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any disputes arising from the competition will be resolved at the sole discretion of Rockcote and Resene.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
