Terns and Conditions:
1. These terms and conditions govern the “Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear $1000 Voucher Giveaway” (the “Competition”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees of Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must subscribe to the Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear newsletter via the provided sign-up form.
3.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The Competition commences on the date of announcement and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st August 2024.
4.2. Entries received after the Competition Period will not be considered.
5. Prize
5.1. There is one (1) prize consisting of a $1000 voucher to spend at the Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear store located on James Street, Brisbane.
5.2. The prize also includes an exclusive invitation to the store launch party in September 2024.
5.3. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher is valid for the James Street store only.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2. The draw will take place by 5th September 2024.
6.3. The winner will be notified via the email address provided upon subscription within two (2) days of the draw date.
6.4. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of the notification, Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Privacy
7.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Competition and in accordance with Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear’s Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
8.1. Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition without notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
8.2. Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect the entry process or winner notification.
8.3. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mitchell Ogilvie Menswear and any third parties from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of their participation in the Competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
