Commences: 9.00am Melbourne Time on the date the Smiggle Advent calendar first goes on sale in Smiggle stores expected to be 05 August 2024 (correct at the time of publication).
Ends: 5.00pm Melbourne Time on 20 January 2025.
To enter entrants must purchase a Smiggle Advent Calendar (excludes Smiggle Harry Potter Advent Calendar) during the Competition Period from the Promoter’s Website or in a Smiggle store located in Australia, New Zealand or Singapore.
Entrants who find a Smiggle Lucky Ticket in their Smiggle Advent Calendars will each win a prize.
The maximum number of Smiggle Lucky Tickets issued across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore is fifteen (15). There will
be:
1. Eleven (11) winners resident in Australia comprised
of;
a. NSW/ACT (3) winners with a total prize value of
$1,500;
b. VIC/TAS + online (4) winners with a total prize
value of $2,000;
c. SA (1) winner with a total prize value of $500;
d. QLD (2) winners with a total prize value of $1,000;
and
e. WA (1) winners with a total prize value of $500.
2. Two (2) winners resident in New Zealand; and
3. Two (2) winners resident in Singapore.
Each prize winner will receive one (1) Smiggle gift card valued at AUD500, NZD500 or SGD500 depending on the place of residence of each winner. The total prize pool is AUD5,500, NZD1000 and SGD1000 depending on the residence of the winners.
Each Smiggle gift card is valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue and is issued subject to terms and conditions located at the Promoter’s Website or on the reverse side of each gift card.
Upon claiming their prize, winners will also be invited to visit their local Smiggle store to enable prize winners to spend all or part of their prize, at a time and date to be agreed by the Promoter and each prize winner. Alternatively, winners may elect to receive their prize in the mail, which will be sent to the address provided within thirty (30) days of winners advising the Promoter of their preference.
10. Winner(s) Notification (clause 5)
The Promoter’s website will be printed on each Smiggle Lucky Ticket. To claim a prize, prize winners must register their details with the Promoter on the promoter’s website and quote the code appearing on their Smiggle Lucky Ticket on or before 20 January 2025. Prize winners must surrender their Smiggle Lucky Ticket to receive their prize. Any lucky ticket that remains unclaimed after the closing date of the competition will be distributed by way of an unclaimed prize draw.
Winners may be published on Smiggle’s social media channels (including Facebook and Instagram) prior to 20 January 2025 or as Smiggle Lucky Tickets are found.
