Father’s Day Giveaway
1. The promotion is organised by Belmont Forum Shopping Centre of 227
Belmont Avenue, Cloverdale, Western Australia 6105.
2. Information on how to enter and prize allocation form part of these terms
and conditions.
3. The Father’s Day Giveaway commences from 8am 15 August 2024 and
closes 5pm 1 September 2024.
4. Open to individuals over the age of 18 or under the supervision and with
consent of an adult.
5. The winner will be notified via phone call or email from the Belmont Forum
Centre Management Team within 7 days from the end of the competition
period.
6. Prior to entering the giveaway, it is assumed that all entrants have read and
understood these terms and conditions.
7. To enter, entrants must:
• Be a Belmont Forum VIP member.
• Be a WA resident
• Locate and scan the QR code on the in-centre signage
• Complete the entry form.
8. Entrants can enter once per day during the promotional period.
Date and Place of Draw
9. The winning draw will take place from 12:00pm AWST on Monday 2
September 2024.
10. The winner will be selected through a random draw generator on Monday 2
September 2024.
11. The prize pool consists of:
• A two-night Coastal Cruise on the Crown Princess voyage 3508H, Balcony Cabin
for 2 people on the Princess Standard Fare (Brisbane to Sydney, departing 14th
April 2025)
• One night accommodation in Brisbane on 13th April 2025 (Based on 3-star
standard room for 2 people)
• One night accommodation in Sydney on 16th April 2025 (Based on 3-star standard
room for 2 people)
• A $500 Helloworld voucher for flights
• A $200 Belmont Forum fashion voucher (Lowes, Connor, Tarocash, Edge Clothing,
Kathmandu, Jeanswest)
12. The prizes can only be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or
modified, transferred to another person.
13. Total prize pool is valued at $2,318 AUD and may be subject to change as
per clause 13.
14. Belmont Forum, JLL and Perron Investments accept no responsibility for any
loss or damage resulting from the award, non-award or use of the prize, or
from any variation in the value of the prize.
15. All participants must adhere to these terms and conditions.
16. Employees of JLL, Perron Investments, retailers and contractors from Belmont
Forum and their immediate families as well as the agencies associated with
this promotion are ineligible for entry.
17. Eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of entry and any decisions
made by Centre Management will be final. No other correspondence will
be entered into.
18. Belmont Forum, JLL and Perron Investments shall not be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result
of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. All entries become the property of Belmont Forum Shopping Centre. Belmont
Forum Shopping Centre may use the name, address and other personal
information provided by the entrant. Details will not be provided to a third
party.
20. All Travel elements of the prize will be organised through the Belmont Forum
Helloworld Store, the prize is final and dates & additional charges are at the
discretion of the team at Helloworld.
21. Belmont Forum is not responsible to cover any additional costs outside of the
stated prize, add ons and/or upgrades may incur a cost to the winner and
will need to be processed through the Belmont Forum Helloworld Travel
Store
