Tina Arena, AM, is a world-renowned Australian singer-songwriter, producer, actress and performing artist. Hailed as Australia’s preeminent female vocalist of all time, her extraordinary voice and captivating stage presence remains unmatched after 5 decades in the industry.
Richard Marx has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and has toured extensively for the past three decades, building a strong fanbase all over the world that only continues to grow. The legacy of his career as a songwriter, singer and musician and now author is now well established and Richard is happy to continue on his trajectory, wherever it takes him.
Set to celebrate the 30th anniversary of her incredible album “Don’t Ask”, the incomparable Tina Arena is coming to the Mornington Peninsula, for an exclusive co-headline show with Richard Marx in Victoria. This show features special guests Daryl Braithwaite, Kate Ceberano, Southern Sons and 1927, presented by ALWAYS LIVE and Face To Face Touring.
This event is part of ALWAYS LIVE, a 17-day state-wide celebration of contemporary live music supported by the Victorian Government through Visit Victoria.

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:

During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:

During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:

All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select up to one [1] entry deemed to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Prize.
9. Entry Restrictions
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).

Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEST Tuesday 10 September 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).

Prize

Event Prize
There is one (1) Event Prize to be won, comprising:
• Two [2] tickets to Tina Arena’s Don’t Ask...Again Tour as part of Always Live, at Mornington Racecourse, Mornington on Saturday December 7, 2024, for the winner and one (1) companion (as determined by the Promoter in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion), (valued at up to AUD $300 (incl. GST)).
The Event Prize is valued at up to AUD $300 (incl. GST).
Travel Prize
If the Prize winner’s ordinary residential state is WA, QLD, SA or NSW, the Prize winner will also be awarded a Travel Prize in addition to the Event Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Travel Prize will not be awarded if the Prize winner’s ordinary state of residence is VIC.
There Travel Prize will comprise of:
• two (2) adult economy return airfares for the winner and one (1) companion from winner’s nearest capitol city to their ordinary residence to Melbourne, Victoria (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) (valued at up to AUD $1,360 (incl. GST)]
• One [1] night in a twin share room at the Lancemore Crossley St. 51 Little Bourke St, Melbourne VIC 3000 to be shared by the winner and their companion (valued at up to AUD $210 (incl. GST)]; and
• Return transfer for the winner and their companion from Melbourne airport to their destination accommodation (valued at up to AUD $200 (incl. GST)].
The Travel Prize is valued at up to AUD $1,770 (incl GST).

Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize from Saturday 7 December, 2024 to Sunday 8 December, 2024. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The winner and their companion/s (where applicable) must make their own way to and from the Event.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue, accommodation & ticket terms and conditions.
Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
