Following the news of their ninth studio album, This Life, British Pop royalty, Take That are heading out on the road for 'This Life On Tour' - with dates across stadiums, arenas and A Day On The Green around Australia. Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen will be joined by fellow chart topper & Brit, Sophie Ellis Bextor, on the Australian leg of their tour.
Formed as a five-piece in 1989, Take That enjoyed immediate success with their first two albums charting at No.2 and No.1 respectively. Third album Nobody Else confirmed their global domination, selling over six million copies and topping the charts in 11 countries. The departure of band member Robbie Williams prompted a break-up in 1996 and nine years in the wilderness before the remaining four members reunited for 2005’s The Ultimate Tour. This sparked one of the greatest comebacks in British music history with Take That going on to release three Number 1 albums in just four years. Robbie’s return for 2011’s Progress saw them break UK records for the fastest-selling album of the 21st century and fastest-selling tour of all time. Williams’ second departure, along with that of Jason Orange, left the remaining three members to release III and 2017’s Wonderland, which were certified platinum and gold respectively.
Take That celebrated their 30th anniversary with the release of Odyssey in 2018, a greatest hits album of beautifully re-imagined versions of some of the biggest tracks from their three-decade-spanning career. The album entered the charts at No.1 and was closely followed by a critically acclaimed UK and European stadium and arena tour in 2019.
In September 2023 Take That released 'Windows', their first original single in four years, from upcoming album This Life

All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Promoter will select the ‘best’ entry from NSW and the ‘best’ entry from VIC (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant), and will invite each Selected Entrant to appear on-air.
At various times during the Promotion Period the Promoter will:
(a) contact the Selected Entrant who submitted the ‘best’ entry for NSW and the Selected Entrant who submitted the ‘best’ entry from VIC (based on the Judging Criteria in the
Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number and invite them to appear on air;
(b) if a Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) and successfully appears on air (if applicable) for the purpose of the Promotion (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(c) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the Selected Entrant with the next 'best' entry for NSW or VIC (based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined above.
This process may be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (b) above and is deemed the Prize winner and awarded the Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Entry Restrictions
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
6:00am AEST and 9:00am AEST on Friday 30 August 2024
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).

Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 6:00pm AEST Thursday 29 August 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
