This competition is open to all Surfboard Empire and FireWire Surfboards customers who have entered the relevant and necessary details requested on the entry form.
This competition is open to Australian customers only.
Employees of Surfboard Empire, FireWire Surfboards, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
This competition will commence at 00:00 AEST Thursday 5th September 2024 and all entries must be received by 23:59 AEST on 17th October, 2024. 3rd Rail Distribution, which includes Surfboard Empire, as well as FireWire Surfboards accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.

To enter, entrants must agree to provide Surfboard Empire and FireWire Surfboards with their full name, email address, postcode, phone number and date of birth. Entrants must also agree that they have read the terms and conditions and also agree to join the Surfboard Empire and FireWire Surfboards databases.
This is a game of chance with a random draw, and no skill is required to enter.
There is one winner only. The prize for the Major Prize winner is 1 x FireWire MachadoCado Surfboard, FireWire fins, Firewire Tailpad, 2 x Surfboard Empire hats, 4 x Surfboard Empire tees, Surfboard Empire sticker pack.
The total prize pool is valued at $1,500AUD.
The competition will be drawn 18th October 2024 at the 3rd Rail Distribution Headquarters. 22/55 Ourimbah Road, Tweed Heads, NSW 2485 at 1:00pm.
The winner will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address (@surfboardempire.com.au) on the 18th October, 2024. The Major Prize Winner must claim their prizes within 30 days of the Promoter sending the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules via a draw held 18th November 2024 at 1:00pm at the above mentioned 3rd Rail Distribution office.
The winner will be announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) after the draw on 18th October 2024 at 1pm.
If the winner does not claim the prize in accordance with the details in point 13 above, the new winner will be announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) after the redraw on 18th November 2024 at 1pm.
The winner of the unclaimed prize pool will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address (@surfboardempire.com.au) on the 18th November, 2024.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
