    General Conditions for Participation:
    The Organizer of this Promotion is Freemode Go, LLC 3142 Constitution Drive, Livermore, CA, 94551.

        This Promotion will be governed by these terms and conditions. By means of clicking ‘I have read and accept’ of the terms and conditions to enter this Promotion, entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
        Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), TikTok, and / or YouTube will be henceforth referred to as the Platforms.
        This Promotion is open worldwide to entrants aged 18 and over only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organizer, their respective parent, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion.
        This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
        Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase necessary.
        Six (6) Gleam entries in total per individual and per email address are permitted.
        In case of non-compliance with any of these rules or any behavior that is considered defamatory, offensive, or illegal, the Organizer reserves the right to reject the entrant from the Promotion.
        The Organizer takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
        You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organizer privacy policy. Your information will only be used for other purposes if you gave your consent.
        The Promotion is in no way organized, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Platforms. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer, and not to the Platforms. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organizer privacy policy. The Platforms are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Organizer and not to the Platforms.
        Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.  In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player.  The “authorized account holderâ€� is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain.

     Promotion Details:
        The Promotion starts on Friday August, 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM PDT and closes at 10:59 PM PDT on Monday September, 23rd 2024.
        To enter the Promotion, entrants will need to go to the Gleam page https://gleam.io/FnSXU/atom-launch-sweepstakes, and enter via the entry button within the applicable Promotion start and closing date. There are six (6) ways to enter in total. One individual can use all six (6) ways to enter. Entrants will be asked to provide their name and email address and sign in with one of the following: email, Facebook, Google, or X (formerly known as Twitter) (this data will only be used to contact entrants regarding their participation in the Promotion) unless explicit permission is provided. On the same entry form, entrants will also be asked to follow certain channels and / or communicate about those channels. The entrant guarantees that all information given is accurate.

    Selection of Winner and Prizes:
        There will be eight ( Winners in total. The Winners of the Promotion will be randomly selected from all the valid entries received. The more entries one has, the more chance for them to be selected.
        The Winners will be announced on the CRKD Branded Social Media Pages with first name and first capital of the surname no later than 28 days after the closing date of the Promotion. The Winners will also be informed that they have won by the Organizer via email, using the email address they have provided.
        The Winners may be requested to provide further personal data in order for the Organizer to contact them. In the event the e-mail is returned as undeliverable, the recipient takes longer than 48 hours to respond to the email, or a Winner declines a Prize, the relevant entry will be disqualified and a new Winner will be randomly chosen. The Organizer will fulfill shipment of the Prize and will contact the Winner to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the Prize within a time period determined by the Organizer. Shipment will be fulfilled once the product has been manufactured and will be within six (6) months of the completion of the sweepstakes.
        The Promotion Winners will receive one (1) ATOM Collectible Keychain Controller. The color will be randomly selected from the eight ( available. The Promotion Winners will be able to choose which color they'd like:

        No cash alternative.  Prizes are not transferable.
