The Competition commences at 12.01am AEDT on Thursday 26 September 2024 and concludes at 11.59pm AEDT on Sunday 27 October 2024. Entry received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted by the Promoter and will be deemed to be invalid.
Eligible Entrants
Entry into this Competition is only open to persons who are:
Australian residents;
Aged 18 years and over at the start of the competition period; and
A member of the Country Road and Trenery Rewards program at the time of entering.
Ineligible Entrants
Directors, management, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and Promoter's related bodies corporate and associated agencies, retailers, suppliers and companies, and their immediate families.
For the purposes of this clause, "immediate families" includes spouses, ex-spouses, de facto spouses, children, stepchildren, adopted children, parents, step-parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousins, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, officer, employee or contractor.
Purchases made at Trenery David Jones or Myer, or online purchases of Trenery styles on Qantas Marketplace or the Iconic.
How to Enter
To enter, entrants must make any purchase of at least one Trenery product online at
https://www.trenery.com.au/ or at a stand-alone Trenery store in Australia within the competition period. The purchase must be made using the Entrant's Country Road and Trenery Rewards program account.
Limits of Entry

Judging Criteria
This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Winners. The Promoter's decision in relation to any or all aspects of this Competition is at its complete discretion, final and binding on all persons who enter this Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Draws
A Prize Draw of all valid Entries received within the Competition Period will be drawn at Trenery Head Office at Level 2, Building 2, 572 Swan Street, Burnley VIC 3121, at 4pm AEDST on Monday 25 November 2024. The Prize Draw will be conducted using certified online platform randomdraws.com/au/. One winning Entrant (Winner) will be drawn.

The Prize includes:
Two-night luxury escape to 'The Lodge' at Cassis Red Hill for 2 guests, including continental breakfast hamper for the first morning;
'The Seasonal Laura Experience for Two' package for 2 guests at Pt. Leo Estate including classic wine pairing, wine tasting and Sculpture Park access;
'The Terrace with Cheese and Wine' package at Alba Thermal Springs & Spa for 2 guests, including cheese and wine, a 45 minute private pool experience, all day access to an additional 22 contemporary pools sauna and steam room, and the use of a locker, towel and bathrobe at facility.

If the Winner resides in an Australian state or territory other than Victoria, the Winner will receive an AUD $500 Webjet gift card to book flights to Victoria and an AUD $200 Uber e-gift card to arrange travel within Victoria.
Any costs and/or expenses over the value of these gift cards will be the financial responsibility of the Winner.

Notification of Winner
The Winner will be notified of their success via email by 4pm AEDT on Tuesday 26 November 2024, at the email address listed on their Country Road and Trenery Rewards program account. The Winner will be directed to email the Promoter with any details required to deliver the Prize.
The Winner will also have their details published on the Trenery website at trenery.com.au by Thursday 28 November 2024.
The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's Country Road and Trenery Rewards program account details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.
Prize Redemption
The Promoter is responsible for the delivery of the Trenery, Webjet and Uber gift cards to the email address listed on the Winner's Country Road and Trenery Rewards program account.
The Winner is responsible for the redemption of each gift card within its period of validity, listed on each gift card, and in accordance with the terms and conditions associated with each gift card. The terms for each gift card can be found on the Trenery (

The Winner is responsible for booking any travel associated with the Prize and the Promoter will not cover any travel expenses incurred. The Winner will be responsible for applying the gift cards included in the Prize toward their travel expenses.
Package will be booked through Cassis Red Hill Guest Relations Manager.
The Promoter is not liable for any part of the Prize lost or stolen.
Second Chance Draw
The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a new winner if:
A Winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks; or
The Prize cannot be redeemed by the Winner.
A Second Chance Draw of all valid Entries received within the Competition Period will be drawn at Trenery head office at Level 2, Building 2, 572 Swan Street, Burnley VIC 3121 at 3pm AEDT on Monday 16 December 2024 where one Second Chance Winner will be selected.
The Second Chance Winner will be notified via email by Tuesday 17 December 2024 by 5pm AEDT of their success, at the email address listed on their Country Road and Trenery rewards program account. and the Second Chance Winner will be directed to email the Promoter with any details required to deliver the Prize. The Winner will also have their details published on the Trenery website at trenery.com.au by Thursday 19 December 2024.
The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Second Chance Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Second Chance Winner cannot be contacted.

Prize Limitations
The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if a Winner is unable to use the Prize. In the event that the
Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize, or element of it, of equal or greater value.
The Winners must be ready, willing, and able to receive and/or participate in the Prize as required by these terms and conditions. The Prize will only be valid and able to be redeemed before 31st August 2025.
Giftcards will only be valid and able to be redeemed within 3 years from the date of the Prize being issued, as specified on the gift card/voucher and may only be redeemed in accordance with the Promoter's standard terms and conditions relating to gift cards/vouchers, available at
https://www.trenery.com.au/terms-and-conditions/. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any gift card/voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The Winner and their companion/s must comply with:
any conditions of entry imposed by any of the venues related to the Prize, including (but not limited to) compliance with any dress codes, possession of prohibited items, and intoxication regulations; and
all rules and regulations imposed by any of the venues related to the Prize, including photography restrictions and no smoking rules.
The Winner and their companion/s must act in a respectable, civilised, well-behaved manner at all times while at the venues related to the Prize. A Winner and their companion/s may be refused entry or ejected from a venue at any time for any reason at the venue's sole discretion.

The Winner must participate in the Prize personally, and is responsible for ensuring their companion/s comply with all terms relating to the Prize.
Privacy
The Promoter will use Entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Competition, awarding any Prizes and publishing the winner's details for notification purposes. Winners consent to the Promoter providing the Winners' personal information to any applicable regulatory authorities. If the information requested is not provided, the Entrant may not participate in the Competition.
By entering the Competition, the Entrant also consents to Promoter (and its related bodies corporate) using the entrant's personal information to provide information about Trenery products and services (including via post, phone, email and SMS). Entrants can opt-out at any time by following the instructions on Trenery's Privacy Policy page.
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this Competition is governed by the Promoter's privacy policy, available at

Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a Winner (including photograph, film, file and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), unless Winner notifies Promoter at time of accepting the Prize that they do not want their personal information to be used for these purposes.
Australian Consumer Law
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting and/or using a Prize in relation to the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any prize supplied by a third party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of any third party supplier or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If in the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter is liable for a breach of any guarantee, warranty, condition or other term that applies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or is implied by any other commonwealth, state or territory law that cannot be excluded, the Promoter's liability under that legislation is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the cost of replacement of any benefit or prize won.
Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to the prize.
Additional
This Competition, or any aspect of it, may be changed or withdrawn by the Promoter at any time without prior notification.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an Entrant, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
Any provision in these terms and conditions which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is to be read down for the purpose of that jurisdiction, if possible, so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions or affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and are to be construed in accordance with, the laws enforceable in Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia and any court hearing appeals from those courts.
