Joe Rider motorcycle safety competition

The Joe Rider motorcycle safety campaign is back in 2024. From the 7 to 11 October 2024, look out for “Joe Rider” on our local roads for your chance to win a daily prize worth $50, or the weekly prize worth $250.

Joe rider is a motorcycle awareness initiative that aims to reduce the occurrence of SMIDSY (Sorry mate I didn’t see you) crashes.

Our Joe Rider volunteers will be riding around our local road network between 7 to 11 October. If you spot a Joe Rider motorcyclist in a high visibility vest, remember what road, suburb and time you spotted ‘Joe’ and then register your sighting.
