Submissions for the ‘Memories of Supanova’ survey will begin at 11:00am AEST, Monday, 7 October 2024 and close 5:00pm AEST, Friday, 18 October 2024.
Submissions are open to Supanova attendees, aged 15 years and over.
If a respondent is under 18, they must have permission from their parent or guardian to complete their submission.
‘Memories of Supanova’ submissions are intended for use in a retrospective capacity in the lead-up to Supanova 2024 – Adelaide and Brisbane, and may be incorporated into items including but not limited to graphics, videos, and editorial news stories promoting the events.
Text and/or imagery received via the survey may be used across Supanova Expo Pty LTD’s website, Supanova’s social media platforms, and on-site at Supanova 2024 – Adelaide and Brisbane.
While every effort will be made by Supanova Expo Pty LTD to feature as many submissions as possible, completion of the survey does not guarantee that respondents’ text and/or imagery will be utilised in the lead up to the November 2024 events.
By submitting photos and/or survey answers, respondents grant and authorise Supanova Expo Pty LTD the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all text and imagery submitted for any lawful purpose.
This authorisation extends in perpetuity to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered.
By submitting photos and/or survey answers, respondents indicate that they understand and agree that any media that utilises their submitted text and/or imagery is the property of Supanova Expo Pty LTD and will not be returned.
The right to inspect or approve any finished product in which the respondents’ text and/or imagery appears is waived, and respondents understand that no compensation or royalties will arise related from the use of any submitted text or imagery.
Respondents hereby hold harmless and release Supanova Expo Pty LTD from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which the respondent, their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on behalf of the respondent and their estate.
