The promoter of this Competition is Fantastic Furniture Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) (ABN 66 003 688 855), 62 Hume Highway Chullora NSW 2190.
This giveaway is open to legal permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of the Promoter and their parent subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors and franchisees and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible.
Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Promoter’s website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The giveaway opens at 12:01am on 7 October 2024 and closes at 11:59pm on 27 October 2024 (“Competition Period”). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
To enter the giveaway, entrants must make a purchase either in store or online. There is no minimum spend.
Each entrant must agree to supplying their name, email address and contact number at time of purchase.
Each entry which is correctly submitted will go into the draw to win one (1) of thirty-five (35) $1000 Fantastic Furniture Gift Cards.
Each “winner” will receive one $1000 Fantastic Furniture gift card. The gift card is valid until the expiry date specified on the gift card or by the Promoter. Use of a Fantastic Furniture gift card is subject to further terms and conditions. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Taxes on any prize awarded are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. The Promoter will not be responsible for any gift card that is lost or stolen.
Total maximum prize pool is valued at $35,000.
The winners will be drawn at 10:00am on 28 October 2024 at the Promoter’s Head Office, 62 Hume Highway Chullora NSW 2190 and announced at 12:00pm on Fantastic Furniture’s Facebook page using their last name, first initial and postcode. The winners will be notified by phone and in writing using their supplied contact details within two business days.
If, for any reason, any winner cannot be contacted by 5:00pm (AEST) 1 month (30 days) from the date of the prize draw, that winner will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected at 10:00 am on 27 November 2024 at the Promoter’s Head Office 62 Hume Highway Chullora NSW 2190. The new winner will be announced at 12:00pm the same day on Fantastic Furniture’s Facebook page using their last name, first initial and postcode and will be notified by phone and in writing using their supplied contact details within two business days.
In the event the second drawn winner does not claim their prize within the next month from being contacted, the draw for that specific gift card only will be cancelled in its entirety for all entrants. This is subject to state regulations.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner(s).
If there is any event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prizes to the prize winners, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to receive an entry, for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize or damage to any prize in transit.
Personal information including the entrant’s name, phone number and email address will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Competition. By entering this Competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Competition, and that the Promoter may contact them for promotional and marketing purposes. All winners agree that their name, hometown and photograph may be included in any promotional material.

In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of the trade promotion or claiming a prize, entrants must contact the Promoter to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
These terms and conditions, and the trade promotion and any claim or dispute between the Promoter and an entrant are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of New South Wales, Australia in connection with any dispute concerning these terms and conditions and the trade promotion.
