All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEDT Wednesday 30 October 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).

There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
- One (1) x double pass for the winner and a companion to an exclusive High Tea at Collins Coffee House located at 49 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000 at 12:00pm on Saturday 9 November 2024, valued at up to AUD $217.80 (incl GST)) (Event).
- One (1) x double pass for the winner a companion to SIX The Musical at The Theatre Royal Sydney located at 108 King St, Sydney NSW 2000 at 3:00pm on Saturday 9 November 2024, valued at up to AUD $339.00 (incl GST) (Musical).
Total value of each Prize is AUD $556.80 (incl. GST).

Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on Saturday 9 November 2024. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Non-transferable and non-exchangeable
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
No Transfer Component
The winner and their companion/s (where applicable) must make their own way to and from the Event and Musical. There is no transfer component included as part of the Prize.
COVID-19
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Prize Supplier Terms and Conditions
Winners and their companions are subject to the Prize supplier’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to any venue/voucher/ticket etc. terms and conditions.

Prize Delivery

The name of the winner and their companion will be on the guest list at the Event. Tickets to the Musical will be delivered to the winner and their companion at the Event.

Additional Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
