TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, registered Drummond Club Members.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion commences on 15/10/2024 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 15/11/2024 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Provide their full name, email address, postcode, and mobile number.
Entrant must be a Drummond Club member.
6. The Promoter (Drummond Golf PTY LTD, ABN: 54102442295) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. The prize winner will be drawn at random. The draw will take place at Drummond Golf Head Office, 15/17 Lakewood Blvd, Braeside VIC 3195 on 23/09/2024 at 3 pm AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw, and their name will be published on the Drummond Golf Website.
9. If the prize winner does not claim their prize within two (2) weeks of initial contact, the prize will be considered forfeit, and the reserve entry drawn will be contacted on 02/10/2024 by 5 pm AEST as the reserve winner.
10. Should the prize winner no longer be able to claim their prize after acceptance, the prize will be considered forfeit.
11. The Promoter, Drummond Golf, may request the prize winner to consent to the Promoter/store taking photographs or videos of the prize winner upon collection or use of their prize and to use all images and sound recordings in any media for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, marketing, or social media. Consenting to the photographs or videos assumes consent to their use by the Promoter.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. There is 1x Zoom Rangefinder Focus S. Total prize pool is worth up to $349.95
14 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.
15. If for any reason the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. The winner must provide proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of residency to claim the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
Privacy Statement: The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update, or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
