Information on how to enter the game of skill and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an online entry to this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid and eligible for award of any prize.
Eligibility: This Competition ("Win a Chiappa LA322") is only open to candidates who submit a valid response (with the option of adding a photo) within the specified date range and complete the entry question. The competition is open only to Australian residents and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Competition, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entry Period: The Game of Skill Competition begins on the 1st May 2024 at 12:00AM AEST and ends at on 27th November 2024 at 11:59PM AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at
https://www.tsaoutdoors.com.au/promotions/chiappa and pass any verification requirements set by Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the competition, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD. You must provide the information requested. You may enter as many times as you wish with new receipts, but only one time per valid receipt of purchase. Multiple entries with the same receipt of purchase will be removed from the entries pool. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Competition, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD.

Major Prize: One Chiappa .22 Lever action rifle (LA322)
The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification: Judging will take place at the end of each month at Winbourne Estate, Unit 6, 9-13 Winbourne Road, Brookvale NSW 2100 (Judging Date and Time).
All entries will be individually assessed on their merits based on the following criteria:

The best entry as assessed by the panel of Judges against the assessment criteria above, will win the major prize. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. Conditions of receiving prize: Winning entrant must produce a valid firearms licence with the appropriate class listed for a rimfire lever action rifle. The firearm will be sent to the winners nominated licensed firearm dealers and upon presenting a valid permit to acquire will be eligible to purchase the Chiappa LA322 for $1. All state, territory and federal firearm laws will be adhered to. Receiving party will be liable for the cost of (any relevant permit required to purchase the firearm), firearms transfer, and paperwork fees and any cost associated with the ongoing storage of the firearm.
Terms and Conditions: Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Competition. In such cases, Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD if appropriate. Tasco Sales Australia PTY LTD reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Disputes: This Competition is governed by the laws of Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Australia having jurisdiction.
