3.1 The Competition commences on Wednesday, 13 November 2024 at 19:00 AEDT and concludes on
Wednesday, 4 December 2024 at 23:59 AEDT (“Competition Period”).

3.2 A Codeword for each Entry Period will be announced during the Seven Network broadcast of the television program entitled ‘The Big Trip’ on Wednesday, 13 November 2024, Wednesday, 20 November 2024, Wednesday, 27 November 2024 and Wednesday, 4 December 2024. There will be four (4) codewords in total announced throughout the Competition Period; one (1) codeword corresponding to each Entry Period stipulated in the table in clause 3.1. Each codeword will be valid until the next codeword is announced.
3.3 In the event that the Promoter’s broadcast dates are altered, the codewords will be announced during premiere broadcast of the first four (4) episodes only.
3.4 COMPETITION ENTRY: In order to enter the Competition, entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:
• Head to 7plus.com.au/thebigtrip; and
• Complete all required fields in the Competition entry form including the valid codeword for the
corresponding Entry Period and successfully submit their entry.
3.5 Entries will only be considered valid if they meet the requirements of clause 3.4 and have submitted
the correct codeword for the corresponding Entry Period (“Valid Entry”). Any entry submitted with a codeword that has expired, due to a new codeword being announced, will be deemed invalid. All Valid Entries will be entered into the Major Prize Draw.
3.6 Entries are limited to ten (10) Valid Entries per person per day throughout the Competition Period.
3.7 The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Major Prize Winner (“Major Prize Winner”) in total randomly drawn from all

Vehicle registration and all on-road costs are included. No optional extras or accessories are included unless stated. No vehicle insurance is provided and insurance will be the responsibility of the Winner. 4.3 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise advised by the Sponsor.
4.4 In accepting their Prize, the Major Prize Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Major Prize Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such editorials in all media worldwide and the Major Prize Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 The Major Prize Winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.6 In the event that the whole of the Major Prize or an element of a Prize outlined in the above and/or clause 4.2 is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to state regulations and the prior consent of the Sponsor.
4.7 The Winner must show proof of their current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence upon Promoter’s request.
4.8 The Promoter may require the Major Prize Winner to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.9 The Promoter may vary these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, subject to state government legislation and the prior consent of the Sponsor.
4.10 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms
and Conditions, tampered with the entry process including but not limited engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
4.11 The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
5. PRIZE CONDITIONS
5.1 It is a condition of accepting a Prize that the Major Prize Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Promoter’s and Sponsor’s requirements.
5.2 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Major Prize is not included. These are the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner.
5.3 In acceptance of the Major Prize, the Major Prize Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the Major Prize which are the entire responsibility of the Major Prize Winner.
5.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Sponsor take no responsibility for petrol/diesel/charging, insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages, from the date of Major Prize delivery. Additional options/accessories and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner.
5.5 The Major Prize will be available for collection at the Hyundai Dealership closest to the Major Prize Winners residence.
5.6 The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for the condition of the Major Prize once collected by the Major Prize Winner.
5.7 If the Major Prize Winner nominates a person to drive the car on the Major Prize Winner’s behalf from point of collection, the Major Prize Winner will be required to sign a legal authorisation form to allow a nominated Australian Driver’s Licence holder to drive the vehicle on the Major Prize Winners’ behalf from the chosen Sponsor Dealership.
5.8 Any costs associated with collecting the Major Prize is the sole responsibility of the Major Prize Winner and both the Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for these costs.
5.9 If the Major Prize Winner does not provide proof of a current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence, meeting the age restriction, and other valid Entry requirements as deemed by the Promoter or Sponsor, the Major Prize will be forfeited in full, and the Major Prize Winner will have no further claim. A re-draw will be held to award the Major Prize to a Valid Entrant.
5.10 The Major Prize details cannot be changed (e.g. model/transmission/colour), and the Major Prize must be accepted as provided by the Sponsor. The Major Prize cannot be transferred. The Major Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and must be accepted as provided.
5.11 The Major Prize will be available for collection at an appointed Sponsor Dealership from a major capital city within Australia, within 28 days of the Major Prize Winner being determined, or such other time as agreed in writing between the Major Prize Winner and the Sponsor in the event there are issues with vehicle stock availability and subject to applicable regulation and/or legislation. Final timings will be stipulated by the Sponsor.
5.12 If a Prize is delivered or provided by a third-party supplier, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the Prize, any loss or damage to the Prize, any failure relating to the Prize or failure by the third-party supplier to meet any obligations under these Terms or otherwise.
5.13 The Sponsor does not have any responsibility or liability for any failure by the Promoter to meet any obligations under these Terms or otherwise.
6. HOW TO WIN
6.1 This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Major Prize Winner.
6.2 Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during the Competition Period (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the Prize Draw. Entries that do not
comply with any of the Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid.
6.3 The Major Prize Draw will take place on Friday 3rd January 2025 at 11:00 AEDT at Ansible Pty Ltd.
