An individual is an Eligible Person if they are:
1. An Australian resident;
2. Are 13 years of age or older;
Entrants under 18 years must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the Promotion (and their Immediate Families) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Families means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
The authorised account holder of the Instagram account used to enter the Promotion is deemed to be the entrant. The "authorised account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address connected to the account. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder
The Myer Social Media team will pick 10 winners based on the giveaway's mechanic of most unique and interesting answer. The Myer Social Media team will update the caption and notify the winner via Direct Message on Instagram. The Promotor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a potential winning entrant is determined by Promotor to be unqualified to participate in this Promotion or does not respond to Promotor's correspondence within 24 hours, the potential winning entrant will be disqualified and a new potential winning entrant will be selected by next suitable creative response. Submissions must be original and not duplicated. If entries do not meet this requirement they will be forfeited (this will be based on posting date). If 2 entries are the exact replica from two different entrants, the first submission based on time of submission and creativity will be selected. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of a disqualified, invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
