Coca-Cola & Wests – Win a Weber BBQ Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions
to be valid.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the
Promoter, its agencies and venues associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
This promotion is limited to Venues in New South Wales that have been invited by the
Promotor to participate (“Participating Venue”). Participating venues are Wests New
Lambton, Wests Mayfield, Wests City, Wests Cardiff and Wests Nelson Bay.
3. The promotion commences at 10.00 AEST (New South Wales time) on 18/11/24 and closes
at 11.59 AEST (New South Wales time) on 16/12/24 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter, be a Full Wests member and purchase any two schooner varieties or Jug Coca-
Cola variety soft drink product at any Wests Public Bar during the Promotional period. Scan
their Full Wests Membership card to receive an entry ticket, place the entry in the barrel
provide. Coca-Cola varieties include Classic Coca-Cola, Diet Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Lift and
Coca-Cola No Sugar.
5. A prize draw will take place at each club reception: Wests New Lambton, Wests Mayfield,
Wests City, Wests Cardiff, Wests Nelson Bay at 11.00 AEST on 17/12/2024. The first valid
entry will receive the prize. Prize winner does not need to be present at the draw in order
to claim the prize. The prize does not include delivery.
6. The prize pool consists of 5 x Webber Q BBQ’s (Valued at $799),
5 x Coca-Cola Branded Eskys (Valued at $160), one Weber & Esky per venue: Wests New
Lambton, Wests Mayfield, Wests Cardiff, Wests Nelson Bay and Wests City.
Total Prize pool = $4,795.00.
7. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are
the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delivering prizes
to winners.
8. In the event any prize remains unclaimed within 7 days of the win, the Participating Venue
reserves the right to draw another winner and distribute the prize.
9. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final
and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. If such problems
arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery
authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
10. Prizes are not for resale value.
11. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the
Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or
greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the
relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the
event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
12. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third-party prize suppliers, including any
other third-party providers (“Third Party Providers”). The Prize Supplier is not responsible or
liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner or their guest as a result of the
conduct of any Third-Party Providers or otherwise as a result of the winner and their guest
accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury is due to the
negligence or willful misconduct of the Prize Supplier or which otherwise cannot be
excluded by law.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address
and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this
promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter; whose decision is final. The
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails
to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is
otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion
or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter.
14. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with
approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the
promotion.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a
result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury
which is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise
cannot be excluded by law.
16. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice in the event
that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration
for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any
products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
17. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used
for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties,
including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the
promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this
promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the
Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in
any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further
reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their
