Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over.
Entrants aged 16 to 17 years old (inclusive) must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entries into the promotion open at 12:01am AEDT on 04/12/2024 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 07/01/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
A participating store is any Ampol or EG branded site nationally that displays material relating to this promotion and stocks 1L, 4L or 5L variants of Mobil branded lubricant product (“Eligible Product”) during the Promotional Period (“Participating Store”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any 1L, 4L, or 5L variants of the Eligible Product from any Participating Store during the Promotional Period and obtain an itemised purchase receipt (“Qualifying Transaction”). If an itemised purchase receipt is not provided to an individual by a member of staff, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.
To enter, individuals who have completed a Qualifying Transaction must then visit

Once the completed online entry form has been submitted, entrants will receive an online message acknowledging their entry and informing them:
That they have been awarded an entry into the major draw (“Major Draw”), based on the Eligible Product purchased as set out below; and
If they have won an instant prize or not and if so, details on how to verify their entry and claim their instant prize.
All winners are subject to verification in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
For clarity, entrants will receive entry into the Major Draw as follows:
one (1) entry for each Eligible 1L Product purchased;
four (4) entries for each Eligible 4L Product purchased; and
five (5) entries for each Eligible 5L Product purchased.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) chance to win an instant prize is permitted per transaction, regardless of the number of litres of Eligible Product purchased in that transaction in excess of one (1) litre; (b) only one (1) entry into the Major Draw permitted per Eligible 1L Product purchased; (c) only four (4) entries into the Major Draw permitted per Eligible 4L Product purchased; (d) only five (5) entries into the Major Draw permitted per Eligible 5L Product purchased; (e) limit of one (1) entry form is permitted to be submitted per person per day and (f) each entry form must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants must retain their original, itemised purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Itemised purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Major Draw will take place at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfillment, 5/9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212 at 11:00am AEDT on 10/01/1025, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in the order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
