The promoter of this competition is X-Golf Australia.
This promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
Employees of X-Golf and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The competition begins at 12:00AM AEDT on December 1, 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on December 31, 2024.
HOW TO ENTER
Participants can enter the competition by:
Scanning the QR code provided in-store or online.
Completing the entry form with requested information.
Agreeing to the marketing and loyalty program opt-in checkbox.
Only one initial entry per person is permitted.
During the promotion period, participants may receive follow-up emails from X-Golf, inviting them to answer additional questions or provide feedback.
For each response, participants will earn 1 bonus entry into the draw.
Participants may earn a maximum of 1 bonus entry per email.
Participation in bonus entry activities is voluntary, and non-participation will not affect the eligibility of the original entry.
All responses must be submitted by 11:59 PM AEDT on December 31, 2024, to qualify for bonus entries.
CONSENT TO MARKETING AND LOYALTY PROGRAM ENROLMENT
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications, including updates, offers, and event news, from X-Golf.
Participants will also be automatically enrolled in the X-Golf Loyalty Program, which provides access to exclusive rewards and benefits.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of the loyalty program at any time by following the instructions in our communications.
PRIZE
The prize is $5,000 AUD, awarded as cash.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries (including bonus entries) at X-Golf Head Office in Melbourne on January 15, 2025.
The draw may be filmed, and the winner will be contacted via phone.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or does not respond by January 22, 2025, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will occur.
The winner’s name will be announced on X-Golf’s social media platforms.
ENTRY LIMITS
Only one initial entry per person is permitted.
Bonus entries are permitted for participants who respond to follow-up emails as outlined in Clause 5.

Personal information provided during the competition will be collected and handled in accordance with X-Golf’s Privacy Policy, available at

Data collected will be used for marketing purposes and loyalty program enrolment, as outlined in Clauses 4 and 6.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any entry that is deemed to be invalid.
The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or errors that may affect participation.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by participants as a result of participation in the competition, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute regarding the competition or these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the promoter shall be final and binding.
