All abilities category – selected participants in this category may receive a station square gift certificate for their artistic effort and creativity (no ranking system applied)

Registration or participation in this competition is deemed the entrants acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Acceptance of these Terms& Conditions is a condition of entry into this competition.
All times noted within these terms and conditions are AEST.
Entry is open to ages 3+. There are seven (7) categories [3-4yrs. 5-6 yrs. 7-8yrs. 9-10yrs. 11-12yrs. 13-15yrs. 16yrs] Entries from children with a disability are also very welcome – parents/carers please alert us to your child’s special circumstances on their entry if you wish this to be considered when judging their entry.
Competition ends Close of Business 19 December 2024 (7pm).
To enter: Colouring-in entries can be collected from the Station Square Centre Management Office.
Completed entries may be submitted by post, email, or in person to the Station Square Centre Management Office. Post– Station Square Shopping Centre, Centre Management, Colouring Competition, 142 Lennox St Maryborough Q 4650. Email–

Judging a colouring-in competition is far from easy so we have created a few judging guidelines to help make this process as fair as possible: We look for; your individuality, interesting colour choice (even if it’s all black and white). Line/Shading Style (straight, boxy, crosshatch, squiggly). Mix Materials (Pens, pencils, crayons, fabric, textas, dry pasta – anything. Choice of Background (individuality, & colours)
The winners will be contacted by 20 December 2024 by Close of Business. The announcement of the winner is final and no negotiation will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by telephone and name published on Station Square Shopping Centre’s website and Facebook page.
The three winners of each category (3-4yrs, 5-6 yrs, 7-8yrs, 9-10yrs, 11-12yrs, 13-15yrs, 16+yrs.) will win: 1st Place – $40 Station Square Voucher 2nd Place – $30 Station Square Voucher 3rd Place – $20 Station Square Voucher
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize must be claimed within 3 months of notification of winning entry. Prize unclaimed after this period will be forfeited.
All entries become the property of the promoter.
By entering this competition, you agree that Station Square Shopping Centre may use photos taken for the media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to you.
You consent to us using the information you have provided on this form for the purposes of the general administration of the centre in accordance with the Privacy Act. You further consent to us forwarding this information on to the sponsors of this promotion at their request.
