1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Queensland aged 18 years of age or older, where the Channel Seven (and affiliates) signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Youi Pty Ltd (“Sponsor”), Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members means spouse, defector spouse, parent, biological or adopted child or sibling living under the same roof.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences Sunday, 15 December 2024 at 18:00 AEST and concludes on Friday 20 December 2024, at 10:00 AEST (the “Competition Period”). Daily eligible registration periods will commence and conclude on the following dates (“Registration Period”):

3.2 To enter the Competition entrants must:
(i) Watch 7NEWS Brisbane (the “Program”) broadcast at 18:00 AEST (or any replacement program broadcast in the 7NEWS timeslot) on the Seven Network from Sunday, 15 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024;
(ii) collect the codeword announced during the Program on each date set out in the below table; Codeword Announced (during 7NEWS bulletin)

(iii) go to 7news.com.au/christmascash; and
(iv) Complete all required fields in the competition entry form
3.3 One codeword will be announced on the Program during each Reistration Period and that codeword must be used in entries placed during that Registration Period.
3.4 Entries do not carry over between each daily draw. Entrants must submit an entry within the Registration Period to be in the running for the corresponding daily draw. The table in clause 3.1 provides the Registration Periods for each daily draw.
3.5 Entries are limited to one entry per person per Registration Period throughout the Competition Period.
3.6 For an entry to be considered valid the entrant must specify the codeword announced for that Registration Period when entering. If a codeword is used that is not codeword for the relevant Registation Period, it will render the entry invalid.
3.7 In the event that a codeword does not go to air for any reason, including but not limited to changes in broadcasting, the prize draw for that entry period will be cancelled. Entries received during that entry period will be carried over into the next entry period and the winners for that entry period will be drawn in the following prize draw.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be Five (5) Winners in total, One (1) Winner will be drawn per Registration Period, each Winner will receive the prize detailed in clause 4.2

4.3 In accepting the prize, the Winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.4 Once Winners have accepted their prize, Winners will receive their Prize monies via an EFT transfer to their confirmed bank account. Prize Fufilment however, will not commence until Monday 6th Janurary 2024.
4.5 The Winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.6 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s and Sponsors requirements.
4.7 The Competition is a game of chance, Winners will be selected at random and notified directly by Ansible Pty Ltd via email.
4.8 The Winners will be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter and/or Ansible Pty Ltd upon request to be eligible to claim a prize.
4.9 The Promoter may require prize Winners to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.10 The promoter may vary these terms and conditions at its discretion, subject to state government legislation
4.11 The prize is not exchangeable.
4.12 Once the prize is accepted, the Winner must deal directly with Ansible Pty Ltd as distributer of the
prizing.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be Five (5) Winners in total, One (1) per Registration Period, selected throughout the competition. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received (online) during the corresponding Registration Period. Winners will receive one of the prizes detailed in clause 4.2.
