Official Rules for the Win with Intel Sleigh the Competition Giveaway


These official contest rules (the “Rules”) govern the Intel Sleigh the Competition Giveaway (the “Contest”) and set out the terms and conditions between Intel Corporation and its affiliates (“Intel”, “Organizer” or “us/we”) and each Participant (“Participant” or “you”). A submission to the Contest constitutes your acceptance of the Rules.
1. Eligibility: Contest is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the start of the Contest Period (as defined below). Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Intel Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and any company involved in the design, execution, production or judging of this activity (“contest entities”) are ineligible.

Method of participation
The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/99dH2/win-with-intel-sleigh-the-competition-giveaway-day-4. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Contest, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Contest may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Contest, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

Contest Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Participant per day for this Contest. Participants submitting multiple entries will be disqualified.

Winner notification: After the end of the Contest Period, Winners will be notified via their contact details submitted during registration. If Organizer is unable to contact winners or no response is received, the prize is forfeited, and Organizer will select another winner.

Supporting ancillary activities: As part of generating interest to the Contest or other related activities, Organizer may conduct giveaways, questions and answers (Q&A) or other similar activities during the Contest Period that do not require the same registration requirements as the Contest.


Prize Distribution: Please allow up to 90 days from confirmation of being selected as a winner, for allocated prizes, both physical and digital, to be distributed to winners in full as per their nominated method of delivery.

General terms:

Finality of Decisions: By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to be bound by the Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Organizer reserves the right permanently to disqualify from these Contest any Participant it believes has violated the Rules. Organizers may make changes to the Rules at any time without notice to you. The Rules prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials

Ownership and Publicity: By submitting an entry, you are granting Organizer irrevocable, unconditional, permission to publish your name or likeness in connection with this Contest and your participation. Participants understand and agree that their entry may be posted and publicly viewable. By participating, you grant Organizer the right, to use your name for promotional purposes in promoting or publicizing the Contest.

Privacy: Your contact information will be handled in accordance with Intel’s privacy policy which you can review at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/privacy/intel-privacy-notice.html

Participant Warrants: By submitting an entry, you warrant that:

your submission does not contain any viruses, worms, spy ware, or other components or instructions that are malicious, deceptive, or designed to limit or harm the functionality of a computer;

you own or otherwise have all rights necessary for the submission including any and all intellectual property rights and you do not disclose any information which would constitute a violation of a confidentiality obligation; and

your contributions are not subject to license terms that require any software or documentation incorporating or being derived from your contributions to be licensed to others.

No warranty or exchange for Prizes: All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty as to performance or fitness for purpose and are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes given in the form of gift cards, e-vouchers or other similar items are non-transferable.

Technical interruptions or failures: Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest in the event that any portion of any website used to administer any aspect of the Contest becomes technically corrupted.

Lost Or Misdirected Entries: Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete Entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

Cheating, Hacking, & Deceptive Entries: Organizer may prohibit an Participant from participating in these Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participant, Organizer, or Contest Entities.

Unforeseen Technical Difficulties: If for any reason these Contest are not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Organizer which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest the Organizer reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select Prize winners as outlined above received up to the cancellation/suspension date. Notification of such action will be provided on the Contest Website.

Jurisdiction: The Rules are governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to conflict law provisions or principles.
