SmartArts takes over the Triple R Performance Space for a very special broadcast on Thursday 19 December from 9am to celebrate the show's 20th anniversary!
Richard Watts OAM first brought Triple R's flagship morning arts program to life in December 2004, hosting hundreds of conversations every year with local artists, established talent and international touring legends from across the visual and performing arts spectrum.
To celebrate twenty years on the airwaves, SmartArts will broadcast live from the Triple R Performance Space, featuring a bevvy of talent including: comedian Tom Ballard, cabaret rockers Otto & Astrid, MTC's Artistic Director Anne-Louise Sarks, comedian and musician Geraldine Quinn, theatre icons Susie Dee & Patricia Cornelius and musical performances from Peggy Frew and Guy Blackman Band, with more to come!
All of Richard's segment regulars will also drop by, so expect some good banter from Comics enthusiast Bernard Calleo, Visual Arts expert Tai Snaith & Theatre reviewer Anne-Marie Peard.
Plus, free pastries and tasty morning brews from Everyday Coffee, who'll be commandeering the official Triple R Kitchen Coffee Machine.
