Promotion runs from Sunday December 1st, 2024 until Tuesday December 31st, 2024
Draws to take place on Tuesday December 31st between 12.30pm and 3.00pm.
Draw 1 - 12.30pm $1,000 Draw 2 - 1.00pm, $500 Draw 3 - 1.30pm, $500
Draw 4 - 2.00pm, $500 Draw 5 - 2.30pm, $500 Draw 6 - 3.00pm, MG 3 Car
1. From Sunday December 1st until Tuesday December 31st, 2024, members will receive one (1) entry into the draw via our internal WILDCAT system with every $10 spend* when they purchase any item where you can swipe your card or with every
$10 turnover in any of our gaming machines when your membership card is inserted. ** TAB and Keno.
2. Members must validate their tickets accumulated during the promotional period by swiping their membership card at reception, or at any till or by inserting your card into any gaming machine at the club on the draw day, Tuesday December
31st, 2024 from 9.30am. Members with multiple entries can win multiple prizes. If members do not swipe their card on the draw day entries will not be activated.
3. Members MUST be present in the Club at the time of the draw, on Tuesday December 31st, 2024 to win any of the prizes. Draws commence from 12.30pm SHARP. When announced, the winners will have 3 minutes to claim their prize, or it will be redrawn until there is a winner is present.
4. PROXY FORMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS DRAW.
5. Promotion is open to all current financial Members of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC. If not a current 2024/2025 member at time of draw entries will be null & void.
6. Employees of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC are not eligible to enter the promotion.
7. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Hervey Bay RSL is final.
8. All winners agree that the HB RSL may use winners names and photos if they so choose to for any publicity photos for newspapers & magazines.
