Refer a friend to Splash the Stigma 2025 and enter the draw to win a Garmin Forerunner 265
Entry:
Entry into the draw is automatic for all qualifying participants of Splash the Stigma 2025 Campaign.
This Competition is open to Australian residents who are a Qualifying Participant.
A Qualifying Participant is a participant who has referred a friend to participate in Splash the
Stigma 2025, who has subsequently signed up and received a donation before
the 31st January 2025.
Entry is automatic once the referee has registered for Splash the Stigma 2025 and
received their first donation.
This Competition may be promoted through third party websites, including but not limited to
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Entrants must at all times comply with the terms of service
for those third party websites when using them to participate in this Competition.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
those third party websites.
Employees, the officers and the management of batyr Australia Ltd are ineligible to enter.
Prize:
The prize is a Garmin Forerunner 265 valued at RRP $799
The winner will be randomly drawn by batyr on the 1st of February 2025. The decision is final.
The prize is not redeemable for cash.
The winner will be notified within 3 days of competition closing contacted via telephone.
Winner must provide an Australian postal address for the prize to be mailed.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
