TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility
The Shelta Summer Giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Shelta and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 20th December 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on 23 January 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
1. Follow @Shelta_Australia on Instagram.
2. Like the giveaway post.
3. Tag a friend in the comments.
4. For a bonus entry, share a favourite summer memory in the comments.
Prize
The winner will receive one Shelta Beach Umbrella of their choice (subject to stock availability). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Selection of Winner
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will be conducted by Shelta.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on 24 January 2025 via Shelta's Instagram account. The winner will also be notified via Instagram Direct Message.
Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to Shelta’s notification within 7 days and provide their contact details for delivery. Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
Delivery
Shelta will deliver the prize to an Australian address provided by the winner. Any delivery costs outside of Australia will be the responsibility of the winner.
Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Shelta to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including on social media and marketing materials.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Modification or Termination
Shelta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice due to circumstances including, but not limited to, fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.
