Terms and Conditions – Coopers x Walker Golf Pack Competition
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is CMMA Digital & Print (Publisher of Australian Golf Digest), ABN 48 162 202 459, located at PO Box 3052, Merewether NSW 2291.
2. Competition Details
The Walker Golf x Coopers Brewery Collection Giveaway via Australian Golf Digest and the competition is a game of skill.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Answer the following question in 30 words or less: “Who is the best-dressed golfer on tour and why?”
Submit their response within the competition period.
4. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents only.
Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. Competition Period
Start Date: Midday (12:00 PM) Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
End Date: Midday (12:00 PM) Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

7. Judging
This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners with judging based on creativity and originality of the entries.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the competition closing.
Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Amy unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after the 7th day.
9. General Conditions
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
By entering, participants consent to the promoter using their name and response for promotional purposes.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained by any entrant as a result of entering or attempting to enter the competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
