2. Complete the entry form and provide all mandatory information as indicated in the banner;
3. Agree to the Terms & Conditions; and
4. Click submit.
Entrants must enter the Promotion in their own name and will be required to provide all mandatory information that may include, but is not limited to, the Entrant’s full name, residential address, age, date of birth, title, gender, email address and contact telephone number.
