We would love to invite you to draw and write a story these school holidays to submit into our competition.
You may create a tale of dragons and daring, or perhaps you will draw about friends and school. All stories are welcome! This is a creative creation competition - the winner will be a story that tells itself well. Your writing style and illustrations should suit the story you are telling. As this is a short story creation competition your story may not have a normal beginning, middle or ending. Perhaps your story will start in the middle of the action, or your ending will be open and leave your readers with unanswered questions. However, if you do this it needs to be intentional and part of the story - you can't just leave us on a cliff hanger for no reason! Ultimately you should create a story that you love. Your story must have images/illustrations, and can have words. You may choose to use multiple panels on one page like graphic novels do. Your story can be a maximum of 4 pages. You may also have a cover page if you wish.
