Terms and Conditions

The ‘WIN A DYSON AIRWRAP™ Giveaway’ will begin at 12am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on September 17th 2024 and will end on 10.59am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“AEST”) on April 30th 2025 (Promotion Period).

By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have reviewed, accepted and agreed to these terms, and accept the decisions made by Tottie as final and binding in all respects. No prize will be awarded under the Promotion unless in Tottie's sole discretion, the relevant prize winner has complied in all respects with the requirements set out in these terms.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any flight and accommodation providers, or Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter or any other channel or medium in which it is promoted.

    Eligibility

The promotion is open to Australian residents only, to those who are 18 years of age or older.

Tottie’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, as well as the household members (whether or not related) and immediate family members (parents, step- parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, or spouses) of each are ineligible to enter the Promotion or to win the prize.

    How to Enter

To participate in the Promotion, participants must complete all the details on the entry form which can be found at the following link: www.tottie.com.au

Only one entry per participant is permitted. Multiple entries including from the same device or ISP will be treated as one entry. Tottie may ignore entries submitted by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, entries by any means which in the opinion of Tottie subverts the entry process, entries mechanically reproduced, or otherwise where Tottie believes there has been manipulation in any way, including via bots and equivalent, and is not obliged to provide reasons or evidence to any participants in relation to the removal, omissions or treatment of entries in the Promotion.

    Winner Selection

The winning participant will be determined by Tottie at 11:00:00 a.m. AEDT on 30th April 2025 (or the next following business day) at Suite 201, 5 Alexander St, Crows Nest NSW 2075. The winning participant will be randomly generated online from a pool of all eligible participants.

All decisions by Tottie are final.

    Prize

There will only be [one] prize in the Promotion.

A Dyson Airwrap, valued at up to $849 Australian Dollars.

The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The prize will only be awarded for the dates set out above and Tottie will not be responsible or liable to replace or provide any part of the prize that is redeemed by the winning participants on the dates set out above, and any part of the prize that is not redeemed by the winning participant will be deemed forfeited.

    Winner Notification

The potential prize winner will be notified by phone and by email at the phone number and email address supplied on the Entry Form on or about April 30th 2025 (Notification Date).


The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of each winner of a prize the value of which is over $250 must (except for any winner who has requested that their name and postcode not be so published) be published within 30 days of the drawing of the promotion on the giveaway terms and conditions.

If Tottie does not receive confirmation from the winning participant accepting the prize within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and will be drawn again. The redraw will occur on or about 11:00:00 a.m. AEDT on May 30th 2025 or the next closest business date at Suite 201, 5 Alexander St, Crows Nest NSW 2075. The winning participant will be randomly generated online from a pool of all eligible participants.

    Privacy

Tottie will handle information provided by the participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy [https://www.tottie.com.au/policies/privacy-policy] and applicable laws.

Tottie collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers.
