1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Great Western Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as Seppelt
Great Western), ABN 75612192800 located at 36 Cemetery Road, Great Western, Vic 3374.
2. Competition Period
The competition commences on Thursday 15th February 2025 and closes 14th March 2025 at
11:59PM (AEDT). Entries received outside this period will not be considered. The Winner will be
drawn 15th March 2025, 5:00pm AEDT at Seppelt Great Western.
3. Eligibility
● Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
● Employees of Great Western Enterprises and their immediate family members are not
eligible to enter.
4. Prize Details
● The winner will receive $1,000 worth of Seppelt Great Western wine, selected by
Seppelt Great Western, delivered free of charge Australia-wide.
● The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
● If a selected wine is unavailable, Seppelt Great Western reserves the right to substitute it
with another of equal or greater value.
5. How to Enter
● To enter, participants must complete the form on the Seppelt Great Western website
within the competition period.
● Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
● The winner will be randomly drawn on 15th March 2025 at 5:00pm at Seppelt Great
Western.
● The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
● If the winner does not respond within seven days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Delivery of Prize
● The prize will be delivered only within Australia to the address provided by the winner.
● Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location.
8. Privacy & Use of Personal Information
● By entering, participants agree to Seppelt Great Western collecting and using their
personal information for the purpose of conducting this competition and for future
marketing purposes.
● Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. General Terms
● Seppelt Great Western reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is deemed to be
acting fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
● If unforeseen circumstances arise, Seppelt Great Western reserves the right to modify,
suspend, or cancel the competition.
