Entry instructions and information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is based on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotion Entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion.
The Promoter is CWM LC Pty Ltd (ABN 36 641 152 187) trading as Creswick Woollen Mills Pty Ltd ("Creswick"), Railway Pde Creswick 3363.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Duration
Entry to the Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 12/2/25 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 31/03/25 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to Enter
To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a resident of Australia (Eligible Entrants). Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter who provides consent. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian who consented will be awarded the prize.
Creswick Wool Pty Ltd employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the Entry process.
Entry into the Promotion
To Enter, Eligible Entrants must be answer all the questions for their chance to Win a Lusso Cashmere Mattress Competition.
This competition is a game of skill. The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected Entries.
The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the Entry is received by the Promoter.
Determination of Winners
This promotion is a game of skill. The promoter will judge the most creative answer to the question in 25 words or less, please advise why you shop at Creswick Woollen Mills?
The Winner will be confirmed by 1st April, 2025.
The Prizes
There will be 1 Winner. There is one winner who will win a queen sized Creswick LUSSO Cashmere Mattress with the ability to select the level of comfort from either Luxe or Ultra Luxe.
The decision on the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Total prize pool value is RRP $4,999 AUD. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Notification of the Winner
The Winner will be notified via the mobile and or email address used for their Entry by 5:00pm AEST 2/04/25. If we cannot get in touch with the winner, another will be selected after 5 days.
The Winners will be announced via the Creswick Wool Facebook and Instagram account once all the Winners have been notified and accepted their Prize.
The names of the Winners will also be published at
www.creswickwool.com.au for 28 days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
