Did you know your sauna sessions do more than make you sweat? You can track sleep, recovery, stress and strain all via the app. And of course, you can track the real-time benefits of your sauna and ice bath. There is ample research and studies online about sauna and ice bath benefits but now you can put that to the test, yourself.
