Who can Enter
Entry is only available to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older.
Employees, officers and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible..
How to Enter
Entrants must complete the online entry form found on the Ecruising Travel.com Competition page and fill in all required fields.
Entrants must subscribe to receive newsletters and be a subscriber at the time of the prize draw
Entrants must agree to the competition Terms & Conditions to be eligible for a chance to win the prize.
Entrants must be a new subscriber and not already existing in the database before the competition start date
Entries must include all requested contact details and form questions, including a valid email (as requested), to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid
Eligibility information and the prize offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. An individual that renders themself an Eligible Entrant is deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion starts 10.00am AEST February 21 2025.
The promotion ends 11.59pm AEST April 30 2025.
The winner will be drawn 9.00am AEST May 6 2025.
The Prize on Offer
The prize consists of one (1) ecruising.travel Travel Voucher to the value of AUD$1000.00
The Prize Winner (by accepting a Prize) agrees that they will abide by the applicable terms and conditions for the use of the prize as notified by the Promoter and/or the prize issuer.
Eligible Entrants may only receive one (1) prize across the Promotion Period.
The Prize Winner must take the prize as offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash (except as permitted through normal use of the prize) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

In the event a winner does not take the prize within the timeframe stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
Terms and Conditions
There is one AUD$1000.00 Travel Voucher to be won over the period of the competition.
The entrant must be a new subscriber and not already existing in the database before the competition start date
The Travel Voucher is offered by Ecruising Travel Pty Ltd
The Travel Voucher is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18.
The Travel Voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other form of services or cash.
The Travel Voucher can only be used for Cruise ONLY bookings and excludes: travel insurance, flights, pre and post accommodation, shore excursions, onboard incidentials, transfers.
Where the cruise is above AUD$1000.00 the winner will pay the additional amount to make up the total coast of the booking.
The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning the prize.
The winner/s will be notified via email (as determined by the address provided by the entrant) within two business days of the draw. The winner will also be published via Facebook.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By submitting an entry into this competition, entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.
This is a single-use Travel Voucher. Any unused portion of the Voucher is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or other forms of credit.
Notification and claiming the Prize. Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified in writing within seven days using the contact details provided by the Entrant. The winning Entrant has 14 days from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize.
In the event the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within the specified time frame, the Winner will forgo all claims to the Prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Any unclaimed prizes will be drawn and published as per Item 1 of the Schedule.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Redemption Date for the Travel Voucher is 30 June 2025. The Travel Voucher must be booked no later than this date or the Travel Voucher prize is forfeited in full.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking, cannot be combined with any live specials and tactical campaigns in the marketplace and are subject to all applicable booking terms and conditions of the Accommodation Supplier and Ecruising Travel.
This Travel Voucher will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. The Travel Voucher will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled or changed for any reason, including operational or weather-related issues.
Changes or a Cancellation requested by the winner may incur charges from Airlines, Hotels or other Suppliers. The winner is responsible to pay any such charges and The Travel Voucher cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the winner.
There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the booking amount is less than the Travel Voucher amount.
The winner may add services or stay additional nights, however the winner is responsible for any additional costs.
To redeem the Travel Voucher, email your Ecruising Travel Consultant and advise them in the email you have a Travel Voucher to redeem.
The Travel Voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.
All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the booking, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, parking and other charges are applicable to your reservation, and this Travel Voucher cannot be applied to them. These charges must be paid at the time the reservation is confirmed or to the hotel property directly and are the responsibility solely of the winner.
The Travel Voucher cannot be applied to any costs or miscellaneous fees charged by the Hotel or Airline and incurred by the winner.
Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of Ecruising Travel.
Travel Voucher is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
