Competition Terms & Conditions

1.1. The promoter of this competition is Mood State Pty Ltd (ABN: 53 669 137 802), located at 88 Phillip St, Parramatta, NSW, 2150.
1.2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of Mood State Pty Ltd, affiliated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition opens on 4th March 2025 at 5pm AEST and closes on 14th March 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST.
3.2. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must Submit the entry form above.
4.2. Multiple entries are NOT permitted.
5. Prize Details
5.1. The prize consists of 15 Available tickets to attend the Melbourne GP Drivers Afterparty held on 16th March at Miss Collins - Melbourne VIC.
5.2. The prize does not include flights, accommodation, or any additional costs incurred by the winner(s) in attending the event.
5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative prize.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1. The winner(s) will be chosen at random on 14th March at 5pm AEST.
6.2. The winner(s) will be notified via email and phone within 1 day of the draw.
6.3. If a winner does not respond by 12pm Saturday 15th March, a new winner will be selected.
7. Event Attendance
7.1. The winner(s) must comply with all venue and event terms and conditions.
7.2. Mood State Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the winner(s) at the event.
7.3. Mood State Pty Ltd reserves the right to revoke entry if a winner behaves inappropriately or breaches venue policies.
8. Liability & Privacy
8.1. Mood State Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
8.2. Mood State Pty Ltd is not liable for any travel disruptions, event cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances affecting attendance.
8.3. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Changes & Disputes
9.1. Mood State Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise.
9.2. Any disputes will be subject to the laws of NSW and resolved at the discretion of Mood State Pty Ltd.
