Easter Colouring Competition – Terms & Conditions

    By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 5 to 11 years. Employees of Micro Scooters Ltd and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

    Competition Period:
        The competition closes on Sunday, 20 April 2025, at 11:59 PM AEST.
        The winners will be selected and announced on Monday, 21 April 2025, via Instagram (@micro_scooters).

    How to Enter: Participants must submit their entry via Instagram by posting a story of their child holding their completed colouring sheet and tagging @micro_scooters.

    Winner Selection:
        This is not a game of chance—entries will be judged based on creativity, effort, and overall design.
        The winners will be selected by Micro Scooters Ltd staff. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    Prizes:
        Winner: A kids' scooter of choice (subject to stock availability) + a basket.
        Runner-Up: An accessory bundle including a helmet, basket, and bell.
        Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.

    Winner Notification & Prize Claim:
        Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message.
        The winner must respond within two working days to confirm contact details and shipping information.
        If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner will be selected, and the process will repeat.

    General Conditions:
        Micro Scooters Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
        By entering, participants grant Micro Scooters Ltd the right to share their submitted entries on social media, marketing materials, and the company website.
