TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Win Whittaker’s contest (the Contest) is run by J H Whittaker & Sons Limited (Whittaker’s). Whittaker’s can be contacted in relation to this Contest at our offices at 24 Mohuia Crescent, Elsdon, Porirua.

2. The Contest will begin on the date that the first entry is submitted and accepted by Whittaker’s and will continue until Whittaker’s, in its sole discretion and without notice, terminates the Contest (the Contest Period).

3. The Contest will consist of a website form submission (each an Entry) during the Contest Period.

4. During the Contest Period Whittaker’s will select a winner or winners (at Whittaker’s discretion) for each Form (a Winner) from Entries received during the period for which Whittaker's makes the website form available.
Entry

5. The Contest is open to (both at the time of entry and at the time the Entry they have submitted is judged) residents of Australia, not an employee of Whittaker’s or any of its associated agencies or suppliers and who submits an Entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry (a Contestant, you, your).

6. To enter, a Contestant must:

a. provide his or her full and correct name, email address, and physical address;

b. agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry;

c. follow the instructions of the Contest application; and

d. submit an answer to a question (an Entry).

7. A Contestant can only submit a single Entry to any Form.

Prizes:

8. 1 x winners of 1 year supply assortment of Whittaker’s blocks (52 blocks). 20 x winners of 4 x Whittaker’s core chocolate block range. Each prize will be sent to one address.

9. Each Winner will be drawn by Whittaker’s from those Entries that answer all questions in the Form. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. The Winners may not be notified, but instead any physical prize may just be sent to the physical address they provide when entering the Contest. You consent to your name being used for promotional purposes in relation to the Contest if you are a Winner.


11. Whittaker’s takes its privacy obligations seriously and we refer you to our privacy policy for this Contest which you can find in the column alongside this policy.

12. In entering this Contest you are providing your personal information to Whittaker’s, and not to Facebook.

General

13. By entering the Contest you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

14. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

15. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions of Entry will be governed by New Zealand law.

16. Whittaker’s may vary these Terms and Conditions of Entry and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest, the Form, or the prizes at any time without notice.

17. To the extent permitted by law, Whittaker’s will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation in the Contest. To the extent that Whittaker’s cannot disclaim its liability you agree that Whittaker’s liability will in any case be limited to the value of the prize awarded to each Winner.

18. To the extent permitted by law, Whittaker’s will not be liable for any damage caused, whether by heat or temperature, to any prize while in transit to any prizewinning Contestant.

19. You acknowledge that the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and that Facebook has no liability to you in relation to the Contest. You agree to fully release Facebook from any and all liability in relation to your participation in this Contest.
