Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. The "Keep Cash Photo Competition" (the "Competition") is conducted by National Seniors Australia ("NSA"). 1.2. By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition Period
2.1. The Competition commences at 12:00 AM AEST on Monday, 1 April 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Monday, 30 June 2025 ("Competition Period").
2.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
3.2. Employees of National Seniors Australia, their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3.3. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
4. How to Enter
4.1.
To enter, participants must: a) Take a selfie or have a photo taken while wearing a Keep Cash t-shirt or holding a Keep Cash sticker with their location in the background. b) Submit their photo along with a description of their location (50 words or less) via the official entry form on SurveyMonkey. c) Provide their name, address, email, and phone number in the entry form. 4.2. Posting a photo and comment on Facebook and tagging National Seniors Australia.
5. Selection of Winner
5.1. The winner will be chosen based on a combination of: a) The most eye-catching photo, b) Your reason for wanting to Keep Cash
5.2. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by National Seniors Australia.
5.3. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
6.1. The prize consists of a $2,500 National Seniors Travel (NST) voucher, which can be used to book travel through NST.
6.2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified by National Seniors Australia.
6.3. The winner must use the travel voucher within the validity period as set by NST.
7. Winner Announcement & Prize Collection
7.1. The winner will be announced within 14 days of the Competition closing date.
7.2. The winner will be notified via email or phone and will be published on National Seniors Australia’s website and social media platforms.
7.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, National Seniors Australia reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Use of Entries and Personal Information
8.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree that their submitted images and descriptions may be used by National Seniors Australia for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
8.2. Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering the Competition and in accordance with National Seniors Australia’s privacy policy.
9. General Conditions
9.1. National Seniors Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
9.2. National Seniors Australia accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or other reasons.
9.3. Any participant found to be using fraudulent methods or cheating in any form will be disqualified.
