Once a winner has been selected, they will be contacted by email within 24 hours after the competition's end date. The winner then has 14 days to respond to confirm the correct postal address or e-mail address for the prize. If the winner doesn't respond within the allotted time, a redraw will occur.
Physical prizes will be shipped via Australia Post and digital prizes will be sent to the winner's inbox within a few business days.
