THE PRIZE
The winner will receive the following:
A fully paid Salt Escapes fitness retreat (details available at Salt Escapes), including:
6 nights' accommodation in a luxury private villa
All meals & snacks (6 x breakfast, 5 x lunch, 5 x dinner) prepared by private chefs
Daily workouts and recovery sessions
Return flights to the retreat destination from anywhere in the world
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
The following costs are not covered by Salt Escapes or TWL and are the responsibility of the winner:
Transfers from the airport to the villa and return
Massages at the villa
Supplement for the optional boat trip (approximately £150pp)
Dinner at a local restaurant (shared cost between guests)
Alcoholic beverages other than included soft drinks.
The giveaway is open to entrants aged 18 years and over.
The entrant must be legally able to travel internationally, hold a valid passport, and meet any visa or entry requirements of the destination country.
Entrants must be physically capable of participating in a fitness-focused retreat.
Employees of TWL, Salt Escapes, and their immediate families are excluded from participation.
ENTRY AND SELECTION
Entry instructions will be provided via TWL’s official communication channels.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be notified via email or social media within 7 days of the closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, TWL reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
TRAVEL AND BOOKING
TWL will arrange and pay for the winner’s return flights. Flight bookings are subject to availability and must be agreed upon between TWL and the winner.
Salt Escapes will arrange the retreat booking. Dates and locations will be subject to availability and at the discretion of Salt Escapes.
The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, which is mandatory to attend the retreat.
The winner must arrange their own transport from the arrival airport to the villa, though Salt Escapes will assist in coordinating shared transfers if possible.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
TWL and Salt Escapes reserve the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary.
TWL and Salt Escapes accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.
TWL and Salt Escapes are not responsible for any cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of flights or retreats beyond their control.
The winner participates in the Salt Escapes retreat at their own risk.
TWL and Salt Escapes are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered during the retreat or associated travel.
By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities and grants TWL and Salt Escapes permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
