Terms of Entry
Competition entries can be made from 00.01am AEST on Monday 12 May 2025 until 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 8 June 2025 (‘Competition Period’) through the Promoter’s website.
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
To Enter, You must during the Competition Period:
purchase any Caltrate product in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist and E-Pharmacy; and
Visit the above URL and completed an entry form.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Only one entry allowed per day during the Competition Period
Who May Enter
The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
The Competition is not open to:
Employees of the Promoter.
Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
Any immediate family members or any of the above mentioned parties.
Prize
5 winners will receive a 12-month fixed term gym membership with Fitness First at approximately $1,918.
Total prize pool is $9,590 AUD.
Prize conditions
If the prize winner does not live within a 25km radius of a Fitness First gym, an alternative prize of a Chemist Warehouse voucher to the value of $1918 can be granted.
Selecting the Winner
The Competition winners will be selected by 3.00pm on Monday 9 June 2025.
The Competition winners will be randomly selected by the Promotors digital team using random number generator software. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 3:00pm.
The Competition winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Monday 9 June 2025.
Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winners within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winners have been selected.
If the winner has not yet accepted their prize, they will be contacted again 7 days after the original draw.
If within one month after the determination of the winners of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner (s), the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner and if not claimed/redeemed the prize will be redrawn.
A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements.?
If a prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will re draw on Wednesday 9 July 2025 at 10.00am AEDT at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish last name, first initial and postcode on the below sites on Wednesday 9 July 2025 by 5:00pm AEDT. The re drawn winner will be contacted in writing on Wednesday 9 July 2025.?
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish the last name, first initial and postcode of Competition winners on the following websites on Thursday 10 April 2025 and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days.
