In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
This is a game of chance. One (1) major prize winner will be drawn at random.
The major prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 02/06/2025. The winner will be notified via phone and email within 24 hours. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.

Travel Prize Terms
The gift card does not include travel insurance, travel documents, taxes not included in the booking, transfers, or other personal costs.
The winner is responsible for complying with any travel, health, or insurance requirements.
The Promoter is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of travel and related costs.

Valid for use within Australia for 3 years from date of issue.
Redeemable in-store or online (for flight- or hotel-only bookings).
Cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or used for credit or currency purchases.
PIN must be provided at redemption.
Lost or stolen cards or PINs will not be replaced.
Cardholders are responsible for security and use.
Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of Flight Centre’s full gift card T&Cs and Privacy Policy.
General Terms
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, voice, and likeness in media for an unlimited period without remuneration, for promotional purposes related to this competition.
If the promotion is interfered with in any way beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including technical issues, fraud, or unauthorised intervention), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion as permitted by law.
Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility. Automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed invalid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar legislation (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with:
any technical malfunction;
theft or unauthorised access;
late or lost entries;
variation in prize value;
tax implications;

If the original winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 10/06/2025. The redraw winner will be notified via email.
