Terms and Conditions:
1. The competition commences on Tuesday 29 April 2025. Entry online and in-Centre closes at 8.30am on Thursday 26 June at 8.30am.
2. To enter customers are required to spend $10 or more in any specialty store or $50 or more in Drakes Supermarket at Ashmore City in one transaction.
3. Only entries submitted on an original Entry Form with an accompanying receipt will be accepted as a valid entry in-Centre OR online entry via the official online entry form with upload of receipt from an Ashmore City retailer during the competition period.
4. Each Entry Form is counted as one (1) entry and may not be used more than once.
5. Only one (1) Entry Form will be provided per person, per transaction from participating Ashmore City retailers.
6. The Prize pool consists of one (1) Major Prize. The prize pool includes:
a. Major Prize: Quintrex 370F Outback Explorer, Trailer, Motor, Registration in the state of Queensland and safety gear. Valued at $9,271.

10. The draws will take place on the following date on Thursday 26 June at 2.00pm at BT Marketing, 300 Old
Cleveland Road, Coorparoo, QLD 4151.
11. The first valid entry drawn will be the of the prize specified above.
12. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the rights to substitute the prize (or that portion
of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory
authority.
13. The draw conductor may draw the additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
14. If the Winners are be notified by phone.
15. Customers must be 18 years or over and Queensland resident to enter.
16. Proof of identification is required to collect the prize.
17. The Quintrex 370F Explorer Boat Package will be available for collection from SurfCoast Marine, 50-56 Brisbane
Rd, Labrador, QLD, 4215 during business hours at an agreed time and date suitable for both the winner and the Promoter. The $2,000 Gift Voucher Prize Pack will be available for collection from Centre Management at Ashmore City Shopping Centre at a suitable time.
18. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of Ashmore City Shopping Centre
• Employees of tenants of Ashmore City Shopping Centre
• Contractors of Ashmore City Shopping Centre and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
19. The winners consent to having their name used and photograph taken, for advertising purposes.
20. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
21. The competition will be drawn by a representative of Ashmore City, whose decision will be final, and no
correspondence will be entered into.
22. The competition is promoted by Ashmore City located on the corner of Southport Nerang Road and Currumburra
Road Ashmore, QLD 4214.
23. All entry forms remain the property of the promoter at all times. In lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their
names being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the
circumstances.
24. For the purposes of compliance with applicable Privacy Legislation, entrants are advised that: they can contact
the promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above; the purpose for which the information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Ashmore City and its retailers; the information on them is not usually disclosed to third party organisations; failure to provide all the information required to make a valid entry will result in their entries being ineligible to be a winning entry form.
25. The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
26. This promotion does not have a direct or indirect association with the sale or consumption of a smoking product or of smoking products generally. Therefore, in accordance with applicable State Legislation, purchases of smoking products are not considered valid purchases for the purpose of this promotion and therefore are excluded from being used to form an entry.
27. Receipts from payment of Accounts cannot be used to form an entry. Purchases of prescription medication and gaming related products are excluded from being used to form an entry.
28. Prize winner will be contacted by phone. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however if the winner is not reachable within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
