Promotional Period   Starts:  9:00am (AEST) on Sunday 1 June 2025 / Closes: 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday 30 June 2025. The winner will be drawn on Tuesday 1 July 2025.
ENTRY
Entrants   Entry to the Promotion is open to all Brisbane residents, aged 18 years and over, who fulfil the entry requirements. The entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the terms and conditions at the time of participation.
Entry Restrictions   Entry is open to all persons over the age of 18 years and must be a Brisbane resident.   Employees (or immediate family of such employees), Directors and their immediate families of the Promoter and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry Mechanic   To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period: Sign up to the Brisbane Quarter App during the competition period. Entry to the Brisbane Quarter App Giveaway is automatically granted to existing users of the Brisbane Quarter App.
Maximum Number of Entries   Only one entry per person is permitted. The judges reserve the right to select additional reserve, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
DRAW DETAILS   
Draw Details   There will be one (1) winner in total during the Promotional Period.   The closing date for the competition will be 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday 30 June 2025. One (1) winner will be drawn on Tuesday 1 July 2025 using a random generator at the end of the competition period. The winner will be notified via email on Tuesday 1 July 2025 and published on the Brisbane Quarter App. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
PRIZE DETAILS
Major Prize Details    One (1) winner will be chosen at the end of the promotional period with one (1) winner in total. The winner will receive: $1,000 of Brisbane Quarter dining vouchers (including 1 x $250 Brisbane Phoenix voucher, 1 x $250 Phat Boy voucher, 1 x $250 Persone voucher and 1 x $250 Tenya voucher) The winner will be emailed their e-vouchers.
Prize Restrictions   Prizes are not redeemable for cash. There is no option to exchange or swap the prize.
Total Prize Pool   Total maximum prize pool is valued at $1,000 (including GST).
Notification of Winner   Winner will be notified via email by the Brisbane Quarter marketing team.
Publication Details of Winner   The winner will be announced via the Brisbane Quarter App

UNCLAIMED PRIZE ARRANGEMENTS
Prize Claim Date:   The winner has one (1) week from competition draw to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw Details   The Promoter reserves the right to redraw any unclaimed prize in the event of an Entrant failing to comply with these Conditions of Entry or not claiming the prize. A redraw will take place one (1) week after the original draw date should a winner not respond to the Promoter and organise collection of their prize.
Notification/Publication Details (of unclaimed prize winner) If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
