Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 21 years of age or over. The Promoter has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) June 1, 2025 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) June 30, 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
The prize must be claimed by 12:00pm AEST on September 08, 2025. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on September 09, 2025 at 10.30am AEST at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Entries must be received by 11.59pm AEST June 30, 2025. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

There is one prize / one winner. The prize is a trip to Big White Ski Resort in British Columbia Canada for the winner and a friend (aged 21 years or over) which consists of the following:

18. Prize Conditions:
The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Not for resale online or any platform. All relevant taxes are included.
The Big White prize is valid for the 2025-2026 winter season excluding the following dates: December 19, 2025 – January 2, 2026, February 13-19, 2026 and March 13-21, 2026.
Valid until end of 2026 winter season. Based on availability.
The hotel reserves the right to restrict bookings at any time. Please note only a select number of complimentary packages are accepted on a weekly basis. Accommodation bookings will be accepted starting October 1, 2025.
Travel must be taken by April 16, 2026. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel on the aforementioned date required by the Promoter to coincide with this event, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
If the prize winner is unable to redeem the prize due to any Australian or Canadian border restrictions on tourism travel, then all components of the prize will continue to roll over year to year, until such restrictions are eased.
Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that the winner and his/her travel companion have the requisites visas, vaccinations, valid documentation (including but not limited to valid passports and visas) which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the winner’s sole responsibility.
Passports and visas are the responsibility of the winner and his/her travel companion. The winner and his/her travel companion must be travelling together for all sectors of the flights, no stopovers permitted.
The economy class flights prize component will be awarded in the form of a promo code (up to the value of CAD$6,400 in total) (“Code”). Flights must be booked via aircanada.com excluding these dates December 10, 2025 to January 11, 2026
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Code are not included. Any unused balance of the Code will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Code is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Code.
All applicable fees, such as airport/departure taxes, security charges or other third party fees, taxes or charges are included.
Once your ticket(s) has been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed. However, a change to the flight time, and/or travel date is permitted. Please go to aircanada.com, select “My Bookings/Flights” and make your change. A change fee per ticket may apply and any extra fee(s) will be the responsibility of the winner.
Your ticket is not transferable, not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Frequent flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted.
Stopovers or multi-city itineraries are not permitted.

Air Canada Signature Class may not be available on all flights.
Entry into the Signature Suite is not permitted.
Promotional pass recipients may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets.
Spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.
Skiing Activity and Group Lessons Prize (each an “Activity”):
The winner and his/her companion must possess appropriate levels of fitness, health, skill, balance, dexterity and other personal characteristics so as to be able to safely undertake the Activity. The winner and his/her companion must carefully assess the levels of fitness, health, skill, balance, dexterity and other personal characteristics required of them when the Activity is disclosed to them. Entrants must immediately withdraw from the Activity if they may not satisfy any of the required levels of fitness, health, skill, balance, dexterity or other personal characteristics. The Promoter may require the winner and his/her companion to submit information relating to their fitness, health, skill, balance, dexterity or other personal characteristics. Acceptance of the winner and his/her companion following receipt of this information in no way: (a) constitutes a representation or assurance that the winner and his/her companion are suited to undertake the Activity; or (b) relieves the winner and his/her companion of the obligation(s) to assess the requirements of the Activity and to withdraw if there is any doubt regarding their suitability.
The total prize value is up to AUD $14,284(depending on the exact date and point of departure). All values are in AUD and correct at time of printing.
The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety of Canada and it is the responsibility of the winner and his/her travel companion to check the travel advice issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at
www.smartraveller.gov.au and assess the safety of Canada prior to travel. It is the winner and his/her travel companion’s sole responsibility to ensure entry into Canada, at their own expense, including but not limited to ensuring all necessary passports are valid for 6 months from date of travel and visas, travel authorisations, medical advice and recommended vaccinations and immunisations have been obtained prior to travel
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits the winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with SnowsBest.com or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
If the winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner’s surname, initial and State/Territory or postcode of residence.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner and their travel companion may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.
If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Terms and Conditions in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
