In order to enter, viewers must:
a) Visit the Sunrise website and register their full name, address (including state and postcode), email address, and mobile phone number on the Competition page; and
b) Submit an answer to the competition question, “Tell us in 25 words or less why you
deserve a $5k Coles online credit?”.
c) Tick the checkbox confirming they will be home the mornings of Monday 9th June to Friday 13th June to receive this prize in person!
Entries must be received by Thursday 12th June 2025 at 12.00pm (AEST). Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish.
The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English; and
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by
other parties.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Neither the Promoters nor Sponsor are responsible for any data or other information related to this competition that may be lost, damaged as a result of any computer software or hardware
malfunction. Any issues occurring as a result of computer / server/ software problems will be rectified as quickly as possible.
3.9 Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting entries, or the entry
will be deemed invalid.

4.2 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or traded for an alternative prize.
4.3 The Promoter or Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance or redemption of the prize, or this Competition. Independent financial advice should be sought by the Winner prior to accepting the Prize. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
4.4 Prizes are not transferable and not refundable and cannot be extended past the voucher expiration date.
4.5 Prize Winners will be required to create a log in on Coles.com.au (if not an existing customer) and provide this information to Coles so that Coles can credit their account. Credits will not be valid for Coles instore shopping and will only be available for online use.
4.6 Coles will credit the winning customer accounts with 50 one time use $100 credits, which will have 12 months validity period. Any unused amount from the $100 credit will be forfeited, if complete credit is not used by customer in one shop.
4.7 In the event that an element of the Prize outlined in Clause 4.1 above is, for any reason, cancelled, postponed or not available, that element(s) of the Prize will be considered as forfeited and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, a Winner does not take an element of their Prize within the time period stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
4.8 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the Prizes become the responsibility of the Winners. All costs associated with the Prize which are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions to be included, including but not limited to additional cost for transportation.
4.9 In participating in Competition, the prize winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The prize winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.9 The prize winners agree that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.10 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Prize Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize provider and the Promoter’s requirements.
4.11 The Prize Winners must provide valid identification to the Promoter upon the Promoter’s request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be five (5) Prize Winners in total throughout the Competition Period. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
5.2 The Five (5) prize winners will be split into one (1) Prize Winner judged on each date/time stipulated in the table below, at Seven Network, 8 Central Avenue Eveleigh NSW 2015 Australia. Prize Winners be judged from all valid entries received (online) prior to the corresponding Winner Judging.

Sunday 8th June 2025 Monday 9th June 2025 Tuesday 10th June 2025 Wednesday 11th June 2025 Thursday 12th June 2025.
5.3 All prize winners will be the best valid entries as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter having regard to authenticity, creativity, and originality.
5.4 The prize winners will be contacted by telephone or email within two (2) buisness days of the corresponding Prize Judging. All prize winner’s names (last name, first name initial and postcode) will be published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of the final Prize Judging.
5.5 The Winners will receive a Door Knock at their residential address provided in their entry, which may be filmed and broadcast live on the Sunrise program scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven Network between 05:30 AM AEST to 09:00 AM AEST from Monday 9th June 2025to Friday 13th June 2025.

The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of a winner not claiming a Prize on or before Monday 11th August 2025 at 12:00 AEST. The alternative winner, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone on the day of the re-judging and their name (last name, first name initial and postcode) published on the Sunrise website within two (2) business days of re- judging.
The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and Sponsors requirements. Prizes are subject to Sponsor and prize suppliers Terms and Conditions.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter or the Sponsor in their absolute discretion.
