ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This Giveaway is hosted by Railbookers (“Sponsor”) and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
The Railbookers Alaska Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. It is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Railbookers, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.
CONTEST PERIOD & HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway begins on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST and ends on Sunday, June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted outside of this time frame will not be accepted. To enter, participants must visit the Giveaway page on Railbookers’ website and complete the entry form, including their full name, email address, country they reside in, social media handle, and travel agent status. Entrants must follow @railbookers on both Facebook and Instagram. An additional entry may be earned by sharing the contest on social media and tagging @railbookers. Only one entry per person is allowed; multiple entries may result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with the entry requirements will be disqualified.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will receive a complimentary vacation package for two titled “Denali and Kenai Fjords National Parks Express with Alaska Railroad,” which is a seven-day rail journey. The prize includes round-trip economy-class airfare for two from the winner’s nearest major international airport, rail travel within Alaska, and hotel accommodations for the duration of the trip. The approximate retail value of the prize is $9,500 USD. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Meals, travel insurance, personal expenses, and any other costs not specifically mentioned are the sole responsibility of the winner. The trip must be booked by December 31, 2025, for travel in either 2025 or 2026. Travel must be booked at least three months in advance and is subject to availability and blackout dates. Once travel is confirmed, any changes may be subject to additional fees.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The winner will be contacted via email and social media within 72 hours of the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Railbookers reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
CONDITIONS
By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Railbookers the right to use their name, likeness, and any content submitted or created in connection with the prize (including photos or videos from the trip) for marketing and promotional purposes in digital, print, and social media, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants also consent to receive marketing communications from Railbookers, which they may opt out of at any time. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Railbookers’ Privacy Policy. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Railbookers, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation or the acceptance or use of any prize. Railbookers is not responsible for technical issues, internet interruptions, or other circumstances that may affect entry or prize fulfillment. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, local, or international taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize. This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Railbookers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical difficulties, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Railbookers also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms. This promotion is hosted by Railbookers and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability associated with this Giveaway. Participants acknowledge that Railbookers is solely responsible for all aspects of the Giveaway, including prize fulfillment and all related communications.
PUBLICITY AND RELEASE
As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and winner by accepting a prize grants to Railbookers, all rights, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Contest entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
